01
When you use the enquiry form on our Contact or Book a Consultation page, we receive the contact details and project information you enter, such as the kind of home, the rooms involved and where you are on the Gold Coast. Providing this is voluntary, although we need a way to reach you in order to reply.
We use enquiry information to respond to you, to understand the scope of a possible project and to arrange a consultation if you want one. We do not use it for unrelated purposes, and we do not add you to automated marketing. If you become a client, the information may form part of the project record needed to deliver services such as residential interior design or design documentation.
We do not need health, financial account or other sensitive information to discuss an interior. Please leave it out of your message.

Form submissions are saved privately in the WordPress installation that runs this website, where they can be accessed only by people who manage the site. We take reasonable steps to protect this information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify enquiries once they are no longer needed.
Enquiries are not sent automatically to external marketing platforms or payment providers. We disclose personal information only where you ask us to, for example so that a builder or trade can work from agreed project details, or where the law requires it. Like most websites, this site is hosted on servers operated by a hosting provider.
WordPress may set small functional cookies that help pages and forms work properly. Server logs may also record technical details such as browser type and IP address to keep the site secure. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then work less smoothly.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or out of date, or ask us to delete an enquiry. Send your request through the contact form and say which enquiry it relates to. We may need to confirm your identity before we act.
If you think we have mishandled your information, contact us first through the same form so we can look into it. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can raise the matter with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
If the way this website handles information changes, this page will be updated to match. For the conditions that apply to using the site, read our Terms & Conditions.
