The fine print — read before you walk in
These terms apply to your use of interiordesignergoldcost.com.au, the website of Interior Designer Gold Coast. They cover how the pages, Design Journal articles and imagery may be used, what the general guidance on this site is and isn’t, and how links and enquiries work. By using the website you accept these terms.
i
This website describes the residential interior design services offered by Interior Designer Gold Coast across the Gold Coast, Queensland, and publishes design guidance for homeowners. You may browse, read and share links to its pages for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to use the website in a way that damages it, interferes with other visitors, attempts to gain unauthorised access to its systems, or submits false, misleading or unlawful information through its forms.
Service descriptions, such as our interior design services and the design process, explain the kind of work the studio undertakes. They are not an offer or a contract. The scope, deliverables and terms of any design engagement are agreed separately and directly with you before work begins.
ii
Applies to the Design Journal, the FAQ and all service pages.
Articles such as the Kitchen Design Guide, What Affects Interior Design Costs and New Build Interior Design: What to Plan Early give general guidance. They can’t account for your site, your plans, your budget or the conditions inside your particular house.
We take care to keep the content useful and accurate, but we don’t guarantee that it’s complete, current or suitable for your situation. Any result you get from acting on general content alone, without advice about your own project, is not guaranteed.
Anything involving structure, plumbing, electrical work, waterproofing, approvals or building compliance should be confirmed with suitably licensed builders, trades, certifiers or engineers before you go ahead. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Reference photograph: colour samples reviewed over drawings, illustrating the planning stage of an interior.
iii
Many photographs on this website are reference images. They show rooms, materials, lighting and styling ideas and help explain a design point. Unless a page clearly identifies a studio project, don’t read a photograph as work completed by Interior Designer Gold Coast, or as a particular home or Gold Coast location.
Photographs may be licensed from third parties and remain subject to their own licence terms. Please don’t download, reproduce or republish images from this website. If you’d like to reference a room or material, link to the page instead.
iv
Written content, page design, the Interior Designer Gold Coast name and logo, and any original drawings or diagrams on this website are protected by intellectual property law. Unless we give written permission, you may not copy, adapt, sell or republish them, in whole or in substantial part.
You’re welcome to quote a short passage from a Design Journal article with a clear credit and a link back to the original page, for example Refined Coastal Interiors Beyond the Cliché or Colour Palettes for Gold Coast Light.
Design concepts, drawings, schedules and specifications produced for a client as part of an engagement, including Design Documentation, are governed by the agreement for that project, not by these website terms.
v
Some pages may link to external websites, such as suppliers, social media or reference sources. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link isn’t an endorsement. Please check their terms before relying on them.
Enquiries sent through the contact form or the Book a Consultation page are stored privately within this website so the studio can read them and reply. They aren’t passed to external marketing services, and no payments are taken through the website. Sending an enquiry doesn’t create a design engagement. The Privacy Policy explains how that information is handled.
These terms may be updated when the website changes. The version on this page is the one that applies when you use the site. If you have a question about these terms, send us a message through the contact page →
